Overview

The Grey Plume restaurant has had its eco-friendly practices rooted in place from the start and it’s no surprise that much of the decor and materials used to create the space have a green side to them as well. The restaurant works with local growers to supply the fresh organic ingredients in which they make their award-winning cuisine. The oak hardwoods that run throughout the entire restaurant are reclaimed from Midwestern barns and are full of texture and character that flows right into the atmosphere of the space. They may just be a small restaurant in Omaha, but people are coming from all over to be a part of the experience.
